Could someone identify if these are lossless?

Could someone please tell me, or give me an indication if these two tracks are lossless please?

I was passed some CDR's and would like to know if they are from a lossless
source, i have burned them to my CPU using EAC and these are the Spectral analysis pics:

TRACK 1:

TRACK 2:

Thankyou for any help....

Read the spotting lossy threads. This is not even close to lossy. It's lossless.
