losss or loseless? sample included

Please tell me this is loseless!! Just looks a bit odd because of the picture

here is a 20 second sample of the song, I was told this is loseless and I trust the taper but the picture is odd, however the picture is not always like this when im playing it in hub audio tools, only sometimes so maybe if you watch the sample you can tell me if its lossy or not?
