Re: Lineage Question?

hip hop could be associated with quite a few of the genres that were listed: fusion, funk, soul...and if it weren't for hip hop, there'd definitely be no drum n bass

that said, common is a lot closer to soul jazz than he is hip hop these days...he shoulda never dropped the sense, thats when it all started goin downhill for me

Lineage -

Original flac files >
Flac Frontend (flac to wav) >
Cakewalk Pyro 2005 (retracked wav files here) >
Trader's Little Helper (new wav files to flac,
encode level 8, aligned on sector boundaries)

One CD, 15 tracks, TT: 51:57
Excellent minus to excellent FM broadcast recording.
9-9.5/10 IMHO, as always.
This sounds to me like the complete show.

All tracks originally taken from radio broadcast ?th gen recording.
I originally downloaded this from STG (?) in December 2004.

Not much to say on this one. I am upping this as a request from TheCommish.
This is a hilarious set from the Tubes masquerading as a country-western band.
The only two things that I did to this file set was to retrack it for accuracy
and to split the final track into two tracks, as The Last Time was hidden
within WPOD. That's all I did. This is a great-sounding FM broadcast and will
be loved by all Tubes fans everywhere. That's about all I have to talk about,
so let's wrap this thing up....

Not much else can be added. The web site referred to in the docs is no longer in operations. It's a great show and I'd love to share it if I can.

Kalhoun

Re: Lineage Question?

so the lineage would be:
FM > ? > flac [2004 STG seed] > Flac Frontend > wav > Cakewalk Pyro 2005 (retracked wav files here) > Trader's Little Helper > flac (encode level 8, aligned on sector boundaries)

i'd say probly not allowed, but i'll allow one of the ABT mods to make the final call
