a little help please

I got this as a 3rdgen cassette, when i transfered it I used a little Noise reduction, I think it's a SBD maybe FM ..The FA,SA looks a little strange

here is a 2 second picture of the FA,SA plus a 2 second or so audio sample

that's not a little nr, that's a hell of a lot!

just leave it with no nr, you're suffocating the highs.

ok..thank's.....I think I went a little crazy with noise reductions but for some reason there was a lot of hiss...I tried to compensate for the NR with EQ'ing it..
