I need a little help on this one.

2 seconds spectral anal. and frequency analysis attached.

I'm leaning towards md but can't really say for sure since eac is terrible for spectral analysis

This show looks like MD to me. I do not see the typical flatness that occurs with mp3 and I see some particular upturn in the blocky parapets, good examples of this in the 2 second view attached.

looks like md as far as I can see, too. perhaps lp4... very very low quality md (in fact, the lowest!).
