Mpeg to VCD opinions please

I'm currently using Nero smartstart to bur Mpeg's to video cd but I'm getting alot of pixilation. Can anybody recommend some free converter's that burn without pixilation.

Thank you!!!

Re: Mpeg to VCD opinions please

I'm pretty sure there is no way around pixelation when dealing with VCDs. Try raising the bitrate to the maximum allowed for the VCD format, and spread the video across several discs.

Re: Mpeg to VCD opinions please

Thanks! I'm pretty new when it comes to this so bitrate would be the speed at which the disc is being burned?

Is it possible to burn mpeg's to dvdr?

Thanks again.
