Trouble Downloading with IE9

Recently I have been having trouble downloading using Internet Explorer 9. I get an error message that reads, "file couldn't be downloaded'. Yet when I use Google Chrome or Firefox I have no problem. This just started happening within a few days. Here is what it looks like. Look at the bottom of the image.

Then use Chrome or Firefox? Or clear your cookies/browser history and try again.

Re: Trouble Downloading with IE9

Have tried this. Have tried resetting IE9 but no luck. Very strange how all of a sudden this would happen.
