Divx (flv) to DVD?

I am trying to burn a show
VOB files
to a dvd and do not have the right software, any one know what free software i can download?

i use win 7, but i just found VSO's convert prog, seems to be working good now.

Where did you get these VOB files from?
I'm assuming their located inside a folder called "Video_ts"?

If so, then it's ready to burn and no conversion is necessary.
