Audio seperating & burning question

I want to download and burn a concert from the audio torrents page. There's two versions and only one is ready to burn to CD. Anyone know the difference in quality between the 16 and 24 bit versions of a recording? The concert I'm after is the Nine Inch Nails 2006-06-10 one. I'll settle for the 16 bit if I have to, but anyone know if there's a way/program to split up the 24 bit version so I can have it on CD?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Re: Audio seperating & burning question

you can't burn a 24bit show to audio cdr... has to be 16bit 44100Hz for standard cd players.

the 24bit can only be played on your computer, and you have to have a good enough soundcard.
