Can I seed a show if a small part of this was oficially released?

I want to seed a complete show with more than 20 songs. However, from these many songs, 4 were released officially.

Is there any problem with that?

I ask this cause in other torrent site is not allowed to upload a show if part of this (even if this part is 1 song) was officialy released.

Thanks

David.

20% or less overlap is normally tolerated here, so long as the tracks are absolutely not copied directly from the official release versions. then people still get to hear the complete show uninterrupted and there's an incentive to buy the official version for a sound upgrade.

Is this source from the audience or soundboard. If it's an audience recording, I'd say torrent it complete. If it's a soundboard, it gets to a grey area for me and personally, I wouldn't.
