How to take caps...

...of file with .mov extensions?I use to open them with Quicktime and I need to take some captures from little video I have.
Anyone can help me?

Give VideoLAN (VLC) a try. VLC plays almost every video format so you shouldn't have any problems playing a .mov file. VLC has a screen capture facility.
