It's not a radio broadcast, right?

Hi,
Can someone tell me something about this (copy and paste links):

Probably this concert was broadcasted by radio but it's dosen't sounds like a radio - some peoples is to close to mic. But there is a some line on about 16 kHz - is this something or it's just a line. Sound is very good, date 18.10.1981, Mexico.

Thanks for any info !

A lossless sample would be helpful.

Re: It's not a radio broadcast, right?

Sorry that I don't write here. To much work.
I use SB Audigy card. I ask about this recording because I heard that some other amateur recording was re-broadcasted in some pirate radio station so maybe this recording was used also by radio and than someone recorded this from radio. As I said before, in some places some people was also clearly hear close to mic. Sound is very good, very powerfull concert. Short sample here:

Right, on a radio broadcast you would get a stripe at 19 kHz.
