Can i upload a VCD converted to DVD ?

I made a DVD from this source :

Source: JVC GR-DVL310U Digital Video Camera > Adaptec FireConnect 4300 1394/FireWire card >
Pinnacle Studio 8.3 > VCD-compliant MPEG-1

I converted this using InterVideo Win DVD Creator, so i think the source became :

Source: JVC GR-DVL310U Digital Video Camera > Adaptec FireConnect 4300 1394/FireWire card >
Pinnacle Studio 8.3 > VCD-compliant MPEG-1 > Intervideo Win DVD Creator > DVD(1)

So :

Can i upload this new DVD even if i don't know if another source exists ? I made mine from a lessy source.

Thanks
