Re: Report all ratio issues here

Lynne...can you please update my stats for me again? These are for the Phish show from 12.31.1995 ,set two and set three part. My torrent has done a couple of information checks and reset my information downloaded and uploaded. I have included a screen shot of when the file was created so that when I givew you my stats, you will see that it does not seem that out of whack or excessive. Downloaded: 8.66 GB. Uploaded: 36.89 GB (and counting till I finish off this last .03%, which looks like may be a while.) My stats were starting to look real bad, so that I why I am requesting the update now. Thanks.

Well, if you can't get into it, then obviously you haven't put anything in there.

Here's a link to show you what your IP is: http://www.dslreports.com/ip Perhaps the next time you login to the site and start your bittorrent client, you can check and see if the same IP is showing up in the Peers List.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

I entered my ip address in the bind to local ip, but doesn't the ip change? Restarted everything, and I still do not have my name attatched to anything in the Peers list. I am obviously new to this and not grasping it entirely.

If you can, take a look at the peer list for phish 12-3-97 Phili, my address is listed 6 times, not sure why, need some help please.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

No, you don't want to enter your IP in bind to IP. I was asking just in case you had and your IP had changed and thus why the tracker was confused.

I looked at the torrent and can't find you on there anywhere - well, I'm looking for someone with your posting IP - 12.189.32.xxx. Are you posting here from the same computer you are torrenting from?

Re: Report all ratio issues here

Well, it sounds like this is the issue then because you have never posted on this site with that IP (70.41.164.xxx). Something is messed up somewhere. I have you posting from four different IPs that start with 12.189.32. and two different IPs that start with 64.12.116. I don't show you ever posting with the one you are showing up on the torrents with. The ones you are posting with will not resolve to any ISP, so that leads me to think that something is blocking/faking them. Perhaps you have some setting in your browser that is hiding it or your browser is set to use a proxy or something. But, that would be why your name does not show up on any torrents.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

In an attempt to improve my ratio I have been uploading the recent Led Zep Knebworth DVD
(http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ight=knebworth)

Prior to this I had uploaded around 5.5 Gb......I have now uploade a further 5.6GB which does not appear to have been added to my upload total.

Any help gratefully received.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

I added 5.6 GB to your upload. When you start a torrent, make sure you log on to the site from the same computer and check your Profile to see if you are listed as downloading/uploading the show. If you aren't shown, then that means the tracker doesn't know who you are.

I'm missing 5.6 gig of my upload because I was not logged in on that computer.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

waylander, I added 5.6 to your upload. If you log on to your computer prior to starting any other torrents, the tracker should be able to keep track of your stats.
