Lossy or Lossless? 1 track, frequency, spectral, aucdtect log

Hey, folks. I don't have THAT much experience when determining if something is lossless or not. As we all know, MP3 cuts out certain "inaudible" high frequencies. But relying on that is not always wise. Other factors, like tape quality, microphone quality/position, recorder quality and digital transfer equipment/method could be the result of this cut-off in frequency.

So, I ask of you help. This is of a show recorded in 1996.

Here I have an aucdtect log:
Code:
auCDtect: CD records authenticity detector, version 0.8.2
Copyright (c) 2004 Oleg Berngardt. All rights reserved.
Copyright (c) 2004 Alexander Djourik. All rights reserved.

Detect mode (0..40 with 0 = most accurate): 8 (default)

------------------------------------------------------------
[d1t06.wav]
Detected average hi-boundary frequency: 1.969855e+004 Hz
Detected average lo-boundary frequency: 1.752310e+004 Hz
Detected average hi-cut frequency: 1.983035e+004 Hz
Detected average lo-cut frequency: 1.898670e+004 Hz
Maximum probablis boundary frequency: 1.949600e+004 Hz
Coefficient of nonlinearity of a phase: 2.305895e-002
First order smothness: 6.461864e-001
Second order smothness: 6.355932e-001
------------------------------------------------------------
This track looks like MPEG with probability 95%.

And, here is a frequency analysis:

And a spectral analysis for the first ~23.8 seconds:

Thanks for any help!

pls go in the audacity settings and set the spectral to cut off at 22050Hz so we can see what's going on in the highs and post a screencap.

yes, much better!

I'm pretty sure that's minidisc (atrac, lossy, but often considered tradeable), compare here:
