How To Get An Excel Spreadsheet Onto A Website?

Originally I had my bootlegs all on my excel spreadsheet, and its going to take forever/impossible to upload to etree, phishhook, etc. And I have a website that I need to update (totoportfolio.com) that I want to put my lists up there. What is the easiest way to get my excel spreadsheet on there, or is there another solution I can use to get my list up to my website? Thanks!

Can't you select the rows/columns you want, go up to File, and Save as Web Page? I've never done it, but I believe it's an option.
