Re: Sudden stat jump?

Hmm, seems to be ok again, back to a ratio of 2.42 which sounds correct.

I'm sure the stats can be fixed up over time, good luck with keeping this brilliant site going U2Lynne and thanks from all of us.

Re: Sudden stat jump?

My SRE went down a lot. Did you reset them? I was over 7.5 and now I am barely over 6.

Re: Sudden stat jump?

In the past eight hours my stats changed from 260.54/214.82 to 415.21/319.02 whereas the actual progress on my torrents in that time was probably only 1-2GB in each direction.

I've never had a problem before on this (or any other) site. I'm running WinXP Pro (SP2) and using uTorrent 1.5 (build 437). Three active torrents on TTD and one on Oink.

edit: I also just noticed that despite the fact that I've got three active here according to my client, only one shows up in my profile. I'm going to try to stop all torrents, restart the client and see what happens.

And now it's 0.75 and falling...not much incentive to stay on at the moment

Re: Sudden stat jump?

My ratio went south as well. Yesterday it was 1.28. I then started leeching the Donald Fagen show and have seeded more than 184%. Sometime during my leeching my ratio took a nose dive and never recovered. Tried all the usuals stopping, starting no luck.

Re: Sudden stat jump?

OK, I've found out *what* the problem is, I just need to figure out *why* now.

So, please be patient and then I'll reset you guys ratios again (I wish I knew why this is only affecting some of you too ).

Re: Sudden stat jump?

What is the nature of the problem Lynne? Does it have to do with the new announce script? (Which has indeed helped the Server is busy messages)

Re: Sudden stat jump?

I just made a change which will hopefully fix this. Zoso, I just zapped you out of the Peers List and hopefully when your client next talks to the tracker, it will connect back up correctly. I'm gonna watch this for a couple of cycles to see if that solved the problem.

Re: Sudden stat jump?

Sorry if you have read this post twice. I put it in the "Report all ratio issues" thread a few minutes ago and then found this one. And didn't know which one was more correct, so here it is again:

Glad I noticed this thread. I have noticed the last couple of days my ratio has gone WAY down. I expected it to go down some here lately since my upload is so bad right now, but not this much.

A few days ago it was around 14/7/.50. I don't remember exactly, if I had known there were issues I would have paid more attention. I know the ratio was somewhere between .45 and .50.

Now it is at 30.07 GB/4.97 GB/0.17, which is impossible. I have only been downloading one DVD right now, and it's almost done.

Can you help? If you need any more information let me know.

Tim

Re: Sudden stat jump?

tmm786, zoso69, monewe, FiveString, and Lizard_King, I have reset your stats to what they were right before the *whatever* it was that happened. Let me know if things improve now.

I had to change one of the queries because of a change I did to the database (peer_id was changed to a binary variable) and I forgot to group the where clause correctly. I think I've got it, but I need to watch things a bit.

Re: Sudden stat jump?

Hello Hello, My stats have gone crazy, from a 2+ ratio I thought to way below 1 I have been trying to upload a lot over the last week yet the numbers went the wrong way. Just thought I'd add along to hopefully get this changed at your convenience. Thanks in advance

ParanoidWoody, I've reset your stats to what they were three days ago.
