Unhappy FIREWALLED

Ok, first of all, excuseme if this topic has been talked. But I appear as firewalled. The main problem is that, although I'm behind a router, I have my torrent ports opened. And, I have no software firewall. So, tecnically I'm not firewalled. How can I solve this?

Thanks.

Read this first http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ad.php?t=42590

are you using windows XP? XP has its own built in firewall
http://www.utmem.edu/helpdesk/sp2/sp2firewall.htm

if that is off , you need to make sure that the ports you forwarded on your router are the ones you have setup in your bittorrent client

let's try to be sure you have actually fully opened your ports... there are a few steps that must be done, usually. Can you post a short narrative of what you do to open the port?

Re: FIREWALLED

Well. I use the 17000 port on my uTorrent client. So, I configured my router in order to allow the traffic through this port both TCP and UDP.

Canyouseeme says it's ok.

I think the problem was with the Windows firewall. IIt's just diconnected now.
