Playing A MD5 File

I downloaded a video that was a md5 file and none of my player would play it. I downloaded VLC media player and it still won't play. Am I missing a step here?

Ok I downloaded that and the furtherst I got was verifing the files. How do I convert it tells me to add files then it goes to the location and nothing is there

What Five was trying to point out is that all an md5 does is check your files and it uses an application like TLH to do so.

make sure the md5 file isn't inside the VIDEO_TS folder when you burn. video downloads here need no conversion.
