Invalid passkey

I try to upload a show: http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ad.php?t=79031

But in my torrent programm it says when i start my torrent:
Invalid Passkey (0-)

What does this mean and is this the reason the torrent is not working?

I'm not sure what you're asking here, but:

1. Remove the torrent that you created from your torrent client. If you're using utorrent, right-click on the torrent and from the context menu that appears select Remove And > Delete Torrent.

2. Go the thread with your Aerosmith torrent. At the end of the torrent description is a box labelled attached files.

Left click on "Aerosmith Rotterdam Ahoy 19970527.torrent" (circled red in above screen shot) and select open.

3. Your torrent client should then check through the files to make sure that you have everything and when it reaches 100%, you can then start seeding.

Thanks. I did that but and then my torrent client looks like this:

What do I do now? As you see i am not seeding. I tried this a few times but it still doesn't seed.

Re: Invalid passkey

Are you seeding from a different directory to the one that you download into? If so, your torrent client will be looking in the wrong place for the files, which is why it is showing as 0%.

Either
Stop the torrent. Copy the Aerosmith folder to where you normally download to. Start the torrent again and force a re-check

OR

Point the torrent file to where the Aerosmith folder currently resides. Probably easiest to redownload the torrent file.

This is what it looks like with utorrent.

Thanks for the kind words. First time I've tried writing with a mouse. Next time, I'll get a pair of pliers and remove the fucker's front teeth first - they're fucking sharp!!

FYI, I have nothing aganist people protecting the rights of animals but peta does go over board at times. ergo a little pun directed in their direction. case in point
