Lossless or less? please help!

Hi all! Im digging some bootleg of an old Hungarian band. What I got: from cd, converted to wav. But the owner doesn't know what is the source originally, so I'd like to know for sure if this is lossy or not and I need to continue hunting for the lossless sources? (These all must have been digitalised from cassettes)

Live show 3: quite cut, but here it is, let me make sure its lossy (or md?)

Look at the sticky samples for MP3 and also MD and while you're at it DAT. You will be able to come to the conclusion that this is not DAT or MD. Positively an MP3.
