Or just .vob files?

Becuz right now im downloading Metallica 2006 08 15 Seoul, Korea 1080i and want to share it here, its 14 gb in total.

So, is it allowed or not?

To answer the question, no, .ts files are not allowed. We only allow ready-to-burn-to-DVD VIDEO_TS folders.

.ts = transport stream. it's a broadcast format.
