Please help me with burning on a mac

hey all I just downloaded the 07.31.09 Phish Red Rocks DVD from and I am using a brand spanking new 24" iMac to burn this thing. I went to the store and got a box of 10 8.5 gig /240 min memorex DVD+R dl discs. I put the disc in and dragged all the files from DVD1 of 2 onto the disc icon on the desktop and pressed burn in the finder.

I out it in my DVD and it says it cannot play it.

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Help?

You need a program that will actually burn playable DVDs, like Toast. You can take a look at this old tutorial - you may be able to use the method listed under "If you have a VIDEO_TS folder and want to burn it with freeware".

Try Burn or LiquidCD.
