Re: How do I post sample audio (mp3) for an uploaded torrent?

I did not find anything in the FAQ section but what I would suggest is to take one or more tracks and put them in Audacity and the edit them and keep only a small portion of a track as the sample.

Re: How do I post sample audio (mp3) for an uploaded torrent?

I did create two 30-second wav samples and converted those to mp3 but do not know if I need to upload with the file set or if there is a method so I can insert the mp3 files into a posted comment. ???

Look below when you add your comment/reply to the "Additional Options" area,
Click "Manage Attachments"

Click "Browse" button in the pop up, select your sample,
click "Upload",
when done, click "Close this window" in the pop up box.

Then just submit your reply as normal.

I'm not sure what the limits are at TTD, but most sites limit you to a 2 MB attachment, and a total of 4 MB per post.

Hope that helps.

Or just upload it on the site below and share the link. That's what I do.
