Rio Karma

So I finally got a Rio Karma!!! I got it on ebay on Monday and it arrived yesterday. I love it already! However, for those of you Karma users out there, I have a question. Does anyone else have a problem with the player taking a rather long time to start playing a song after it has been paused for awhile? It seems like sometimes it isn't responsive at all, but then it will start playing after awhile. Thanks for the help.

Re: Rio Karma

I have had it happen a handful of times, never consistent, but seems to happen more often with ogg files or after spinning the search wheel 20 or more minutes into a single file concert...possibly ogg as well, i will have to check it out. And by not bing responsive at all do you mean that you had to reset it? MP3 response seems to be the best (as it seems that is what the Karma was originally designed for). I have not really had many problems with FLAC, but only have about 10-12 FLAC shows on the thing.

Thanks for the response. By not responsive, I did not mean that I didn't need to reset it. Sometimes it just took a long time to start playing the song. Anyhow, it doesn't seem to be happening anymore, and I couldn't be happier with my Karma!
