Katrina leskanich( from katrina and the waves) tape

I have a cassette of katrina leskanich doing a gig in 2001.It was recorded on a dictation machine( not a micro casette) and would really love some help with it.Its far from a great recording, but for sentimental reasons id like it enhancing as much as possible and saving in flac.I have no experience with cleaning up audio, and this would be a challenge to do anything with.If there is anyone at all interested then id be very grateful. As i said i have no experience with audio cleaning, ive tried before but just made it sound horrible.Ive tried to eliminate hiss, but it just sounds terrible as it adds other noises to it.Il understand if im told to stop asking and do it myself.

I'm sure there's people here who know how to do this sort of thing but I'm not one of them. I do know you can try looking around this place though:

might have some useful info there.
