need help improving audio

in the video below, the audio changes at 0:36 and i realize another source is added.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrdo3EFeU7o

my question is, is there a way i can improve the audio (not make it sound like the first source) but like make it a bit more listenable and clear, im sure there is something i can do to improve it a bit. I have audacity and GoldWave. So if someone can just give me instructions on what to do then ill be all set as ive everything ready for this disc to be authored. thanks

p.s. no the show doesnt end there, they play another 6 songs more, otherwise i wouldnt really bother

Re: need help improving audio

kinda hard to tell being a youtube [compressed] sample & me listening on $50 computer speakers, but a bit of EQ would be a good start:

**but remember, you'll need a decent pair of headphones or monitors, and THE LESS THE BETTER is always the motto when it comes to EQing

Ah, that Kirk wearing his Sisters of Mercy t-shirt. But that's beside the point. In all honesty, I would leave it like that. Someone on the Metallica trading circles might do an upgrade, or it might already be out there. Ask around first I'd say before you embark on something as complicated as this.
