That said, I think the dithering process can create an SBE on the end of a set/file. I've noticed this when using r8brain to dither, then encoding shows. I try to remember to cut a track at the end of the show that is only 1 sample long to eliminate this, but it doesn't always happen.

No we don't allow SBE. If a report got missed, it's just because we are human and make mistakes sometimes.
