Upgrading audio on DVD with an alternate audio source (Mac user)

Hey there! I'm a Mac user and I am wanting to upgrade the audio on some of my video masters. How do I take an alternate audio source and sync it up with my video. Is this something I can do on iMovie HD or iDVD? Do I need another program? Any help would be great!!! Thanks!!!

first demux using something like ffpegx or MPEGStreamclip

then import the video stream [.m2v] and the new audio into your DVD authoring program, sync, build menus, etc...i use DVD Studio Pro, but i'm guessing you could use iDVD as well
