Unhappy torrent question

After using a few different torrent downloads and different torrent sites I cant seem to get it to work for me. I don't understand it really. Why does it take soooooooo long to download something? Then when I do get something to download it doesn't look good.

Re: torrent question

You download speed depends on your package with your ISP (if you don't pay much, you probably are not promised a high download speed) and also how many peers are on a torrent (pick a torrent with one other peer and you can only get a download speed equal to their upload speed).

As for it not looking good, learn to read the video stats (there is a link in the FAQ to another FAQ page we wrote about reading the stats) and then you can have a better idea of how good the picture is prior to downloading it. Also, take a look at an images the poster puts up of the show.

Re: torrent question

The most popular clients are uTorrent and Azureus. Those are both also suggested clients since many other clients are banned from other sites.

Re: torrent question

I prefer µtorrent - much better than the mainline client.
