Saving torrent file

I do this when I don't have enough room left from my ISP. For some reason as
of today the torrents aren't named when I save for later use. Just states
attachment instead of the torrent name. I have to manually name them.
Doesn't happen on the other sites. It's no big deal but it is annoying. Your
help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks, theklopeks

have you tried right-clicking [winsows]/control-click [mac] > "Save as..."?

Re: Saving torrent file

Yes I've been doing the same thing for at least 10 years and now when I right click and save as it won't state the torrent's name only as attachment. The other sites don't have that problem. It only started doing it a couple of days ago. Perplexing, I tell ya.

Re: Saving torrent file

usually this problem is a browser/os issue after an upgrade...also might try clearing yer browser's cache

if that doesn't work try searching this forum for: torrent download attachment [or similar] -- i know this issue has been addressed in the past...good luck

Re: Saving torrent file

I have the same issue. Doing the search Aaron suggested brought up another thread. In it there was mention that it was related to Windows file types and could be adjusted in the Control Panel ?
