How can I tell what torrents are "new" ?

I just noticed that the top video torrent in the "video torrents" forum has 30 seeders and 40 leechers. It appears that when someone makes a comment it gets bumped up to the top, regardless of how long it's been on the tracker. My problem is this- I'm wanting to jump on a torrent early to boost my ratio, and these "bumped" threads are preventing me from seeing the "fresh" uploads. Where can I see what is freshly uploaded?

The torrents page is one place (menu bar). The bottom of the index page is another. Or hit the First Post Date column in the Torrent forum to sort by First Post Date.
