Question A Question Regarding Seeding

Very recently (as in yesterday) I switched my bit torrent client for various reasons. Being the total newbie that I am, however, I stopped seeding on my old client and deleted the program. But when i started to start seeding things again on my new client, it wanted me to download the entire thing again. I dont really want to do this, because i dont want to waste peoples bandwith or clog up my computer. So, simply put, is there any way to start seeding a .torrent file again without downloading the entire thing?

Kind regards, Jason

P.s: I still seem to become fire walled whenever i start downloading shows, so itd be extremely helpful if you could please check out my other technobabble thread and try to help me out there. I apologize for being so needy

Your new bittorrent application is probably downloading the show into a different folder. Point it to the location where your files exist.
