I'm sure it's MD. I know the person who recorded it........but Im not sure what his compression settings were...

this codec is a little more rare... looks like evsd lost sessions 4. do you know what device you're friend was using? the blocks look hyphen-like and only seem to appear above 16kHz (and seemingly just on the highhats) everything below that I've looked at looks pretty much untouched.

holy fuck that's some nice sound. is this a soundboard patch? or a home demo?

It was recorded at Wakarusa with a MD recorder, but I have no mic/patch info..

Still looks mp3-ish to me. Maybe a conversion accident while transferring it from MD?

As for the source, judging from the vocals it really sounds like a patch imo.
