Help - Cue File/ Individual Tracks Burning

When you have a file as I do below, how do you break out individual tracks to burn a CDR using Nero? Thanks in advance

exactaudiocopy.de

decompress to wav first using your app of choice, then it should be pretty easy to find the buttons in the menu to select the cue and wav for burning. avoid using nero for anything, uninstall it and don't look back.

oh yeah use imgburn for burning data (non-audio) cds.
