low sound

Hey Guys

just come back from a concert the band was Wicked Jones

But it came out low like it needs some gain what do I do with this low sound

Help Please

use Normalize to boost the signal w/o clipping...also have it correct the DC Offset at the same time [if the prog you use has those 2 features together]

There is a limited amount that you can do with this - ie you can create something that isn't there. If you pull up the volume, remember that it will also amplify the details you don't want to hear (clapping, talking etc.).

if you use the normalize function run it on the entire show at once rather than one track at a time (very important!)

Can I see what that type of prog looks like because I don't have one but if it will boost the sound I would buy one in a min. here look at my gear


I only use the big cables are for SBD and no longer use the engiz-to-go I now use javo-edge back up batt

Oh ah what is the DC Offset
