Tape trader alternatives

I was looking at getting back into the whole trading thing again but now that Tapetrader is well & truly dead I was wondering what alternatives there is & what everyone is using. I'm familiar with http://db.etree.org/ but i'm not a huge fan of it. Any assistance would be appreciated

Cheers

Re: Tape trader alternatives

Tapetrader was kind of an asset, but etree is the only way I've been able to keep my shit straight over the years, and I still haven't been able to list everything on there. Plus you can export your list to a backup file in case that site goes down.

The most tenured collectors keep their lists private anyway. I'm actually somewhat open to being harrassed and no one comes calling, so I can't imagine you're missing out on much.

I guess people are just busy and share what they want to via seeding torrents or "hub/matrix" sites. Aside from that I haven't gotten much out of anyone tradewise in the last 6 years. If you're an avid taper, you might get something out of 20+ year veterans but that's a big maybe.

dbetree is the way to go, I think.
If someone has the show, you will find the master setlist. If your copy differs, you can note it in the notes section.
You can add new artists yourself, and new shows. In tapetrader, you had to contact the admins to add a new artist.
