Using CD Wave to split live show into tracks

Howdy:

First timer here....with first audio recording.

Is it customary for the artists' comments between tunes to be appended to the prior or subsequent track?

Re: Using CD Wave to split live show into tracks

usually prior. the main purpose of the cue stop (as I see it) is to skip to the beginning of the next song or very close. this is how they normally track officially released live cds, too.

ps welcome to the den!

I actually prefer the comments at the beginning of the track if the commants are an introduction to the next song and at the end of the preceding track if it isn't an introduction.
That's just my personal preference, If I'm going to skip songs and not listen to an entire set, I like to hear the comments if they relate to the song I'm listening to.
