Opinion needed for confirming lossless or not

Hi

here is a pic of a recent torrent being offered at dime. the poster made this comment

"Radio quality 380kbs (thats what you get from the radio!) with some digital noice"

It got me thinking so I opend up Adobe Audition and here is what the freq analysis says. I'm not sure is this lossless or not? note the dip at 16000 and another at 21000

FA isn't the best but from what I can see it appears to be what the poster claims it to be.

I agree that FA isn't the best way to determine if a file is lossy or not, but the drop at 16 Hz tells me that it is lossy ...

Radio signal is notoriously bad and cuts of the frequencies. Agree with Five.
