Adding SBD Audio

I'm currently downloading the Phish 4/5/98 DVD and would like to sync the LivePhish audio to the DVD. It's for my own personal use and I won't be redistributing it. What programs do I need to essentially switch out the DVDs current audio with the SBD audio. Thanks!!
