How does status change to "Scrape Disabled"

When I was seeding a torrent with downloaders, the status got changed to "Queued" so seeding
stopped. Tracker status got changed to "Scrape Disabled"

Also, the torrent disappeared from the "Current Activity on Tracker" on my user profile.

I was able to reseed the torrent by "Force Start"

I am using Azureus/Vuze 3.1.1.0, Mac OSX 10.3.9, and I checked "Enable Scraping" under
Preferences>Tracker>Client>Scrape

What does "Scrape Disabled" mean? How does it happen? Do I need to change other settings?

Thank you.

I don't know how you would get Scrape Disabled. I've never seen that before.
