Connection speed problem

a few weeks ago my internet speed dropped by almost half, would anyone know of a way to boost my speed on utorrent. Ive tried the commonplace solutions that I could think of in utorrent and on my hard drive as well. If anyone has any suggestions please help.

Re: Connection speed problem

ok well, Ive never tried that before. Ive called tech support, all speeds come out normal on tests yet when trying to actually download/upload the speed is much noticebly slower than it had been.

Who's your ISP? Some throttle their service. And they won't tell you they're doing it.

Another thing you may want to try is changing your ports. Also see if you checked any of the bandwidth boxes by mistake.
