Making a dvd out of a captured stream

For the very first time i succeeded in capturing a video stream.
The stream is written to my hd in .flv format.
After converting it to .avi (or whatever other format) video and audio are perfect. So far so good but when I try to make a dvd out of the converted file the audio is missing from the last two or three songs.
Used applications:
Capturing with Replay AV8.
Converting with Magic Video Converter.
DVD Authoring Nero 8.

Anyone any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Regards
Hans
