Question Transferring folders and emails from an old Gmail acct. to a new one?

I have a gmail acct. that I've been using for a few years, but I recently set up a new gmail acct. and was wondering if it was possible to transfer all of the folders i've organized for so long to this new account, or if it would have to be done manually? Anyone had this problem before?

I imagine you could if you use Thunderbird or something. At least the emails...dunno about folders.
