FLACs > CD-R in Vista?

Hi there!!

Is there any tool or freeware that allows burning FLAC-files straight to CD-R in Vista? Nero 6 doesnīt run in Vista.

Thanks in advance!!

Re: FLACs > CD-R in Vista?

Mine not. But Iīve found a freeware called "Free Easy CD DVD Burner" I grabbed for burning DVDs (I have a new notebook and had no burning software installed) which seems to handle FLACs as I just found out. Anyway, thanks for the help!!

Re: FLACs > CD-R in Vista?

Usually one converts FLACs to .wav before burning. I use Traders Little Helper to convert, then Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator to burn. It works fine with Vista. It wasn't free, but it was cheap.

Re: FLACs > CD-R in Vista?

TLH and EAC is what I use at the moment and I guess thatīs what I will use in the future. I just wanted to burn FLACs directly w/o converting as it was possible with XP and "Nero 6". But converting is a good way to look if the FLACs are alright.
