please help in identifying
I got this VERY rare source as flac. Now I'm a bit concerned, cause I've never seen SA and FA like this before. Maybe anyone could help. It looks like an mp3 because of the clear cut on 16 but otherwise it's not that empty there....
Please check the scans. I'd be thankful for expertise No members have liked this post.

Looks like mp3 to me. As you say, clear cut at 16kHz, but worse are those big holes in the spectral screenshot.
