upload speed/forwarding
Hi folks, looked at a couple of the other topics pertaining to this issue but could not find the answer. I just got back into BT after a hiatus of about 8 or so years. Currently using qBittorrent, AT&T is my ISP, forwarded ports 6881-6889. Traders Den and another site is showing me connectable and properly forwarded, canyouseeme.org is showing that those ports cannot be seen. Upload speeds are crap which pisses me off, I took pride in having a good ratio. Hoping someone can help. Will look at this before work tomorrow to check for responses, going to bed now, Thanks

Re: upload speed/forwarding
I wouldn't think that improper portforwarding would ruin your upload speeds. It certainly isn't going to help, but it shouldn't make that dramatic of a difference. Were there already a lot of seeds on the torrent? If so, try getting on a recent torrent with just one seeder.
I've forgotten to update my portforwarding ruleset at times and I've still uploaded at a reasonable rate. No members have liked this post.
