Slow Leecher Not Showing in Peers List?

I'm currently helping to seed a couple Grateful Dead video torrents:

http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ad.php?t=14995

&

http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ad.php?t=46317

which are 8.11 GB & 1.33 GB in size respectively and, according to my utorrent peers list, there's a leecher onboard who appears to be connecting to these over a dial-up connection. He/she's been DL'ding for a long time now at like <2 kB/s and, to be honest with you, I don't feel like keeping these torrents running on my machine well into the next century waiting for this person to complete.

I was hoping to find a way to contact them either to ask "what the heck are you thinking?" or to possibly offer to just mail the darn things to them to put them out of their misery. However their username/evidence of their existence doesn't show up in my browser on the TTD peers list so I can't figure out how to message them. They're ~20% done on both at this point & I don't want to leave them stranded - given their determination - but this may just end up being a case of "tough luck buddy."

Any ideas why they're not showing up on TTD? Too slow a connection?
