Burning Help Thread #9401923

Yes, another burning thread.

I worked with the Nero trial and had success burning a number of my shows

My computer came with Roxio, and I've been attempting to burn my dvds with this program. While it shows that the movie has been successfully imported to its lame Menu screen (for my dvd), it says that only 300 mb have been imported when I know that the dvd is more like 8 gigs

Is it possible to burn these files or am I going to have to break down and spend 100 dollars on Nero?

much thanks!

I haven't used that software in some time.
You should be able to select "backup or copy DVD"
then point to the dvd VIDEO_TS folder as the source
it should make a backup/copy of the DVD folder/source to your DVD disc - no settings to mess with.

if your show is 8GB - you'll need a Dual Layer DVD disc/burner

hope this helps

It sounds like you are trying to reauthor the DVD. maybe not intentionally.

You should not have to make menus or anything like that. Just drag and burn.
