Can Someone Help?

I just discovered this site and was so excited to see all the phish dvds. I just downloaded the 10/31/94 dvd but when I tried to burn dvd1 it said it was to big for the disc I was using. Not sure what I can do about this? Its probably fairly simple, but like I said im new to the process. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Can Someone Help?

You do realize that show is 2 DVD9 dual layer discs, there are ways to get around that but dual layer burners are now under $50

Set 2 (Disc 2): [91 minutes] Dual Layer

Re: Can Someone Help?

thanks for the response. I did'nt notice that it was a DVD9 but would have no idea what that meant anyhow. I guess I wont be able to burn that show unless I have a dual layer burner and use the appropriate discs. I'll just try and download and burn some of the other shows that are on here and hopefully have better luck. Thanks ver much for the help.

you can split each DVD9 onto (2) DVD5 (normal DVDs). or you can compress each DVD9 onto (1)DVD5. I would NOT recommend the compressed route. You may or may not be able to retain menus if you split the DVDs however. look at dvdrhelp.com. lots of info.

Instead of downloading more shows, perhaps you should spend some time uploading to bring up that pathetic share ratio (26.91 GB/7.42 GB/0.28)
